This is a Contractual position for events held at the World Shooting & Recreation Complex.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representatives explain available shooting options on that day as well as future days; sell target and collect appropriate fees; make proper change; give customer the proper amount of coins/targets on Promatic card when applicable; answer phone calls; fill out daily report forms; file Facility Use Agreements and make appropriate arrangements for the event based on the needs of the lessee; light housekeeping as needed; stock office supplies as needed. 

Essential Functions

  1. Explain events in detail to customers (in person, email and over the phone}.
  2. Sell targets/collect appropriate fees, make proper change, turn in the proper amount of revenue to manager.
  3. Provide customers with proper amount of coins/targets for Promatic card, when needed.
  4. Send/receive emails as needed from manager.
  5. Complete daily report forms, file paperwork.
  6. Light housekeeping and stocking office supplies, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of 8 years of elementary school. 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Prefers knowledge of personal computers and office equipment.
  2. Prefers ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions.
  3. Willingness to learn shooting discipline rules and regulations.

Employment Conditions

All applicants must be able to meet the following Conditions of Employment, with or without reasonable accommodation, to be considered for this position. 

  1. Must be a minimum of 16 years old;
  2. Possession of a valid Drivers License;
  3. Requires physical condition and ability to perform position responsibilities;
  4. Requires availability to work most weekends, with some nights or holidays for event;
  5. Ability to later work schedule to meet the needs of the WSRC with some long shift up to 9-10 hours;
  6. Ability to pass background check;
  7. Requires ability to legally be around firearms.
