Essential Functions

  • Serve as the lead technical architect for IMPACT and the EDW
  • Responsible for day-to-day technical oversight of the IMPACT project and product solutions 
  • Manage the design and development of master data management solutions
  • Provide strategic guidance on the modernization of the EDW, including cloud migration strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a health or human services organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefers a minimum of five (5) years of increasingly responsible project management experience particularly information technology projects
  • Demonstrated experience delivering working solutions that meet real user needs
  • Prefers a thorough knowledge of hardware and software, languages, and procedures to provide assigned technical and analytical services
  • Prefers a comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server. technology, with knowledge of API-first design and modern architectural patterns
  • Prefers an expert level database administration skills and experience with data governance in regulated environments
  • Prefers software development skills and experience, with understanding of accessible design principles
  • Prefers knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
  • Prefers working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
  • Prefers a keen analytical and problem-solving skills beyond technical solutions
  • Prefers a strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities, particularly translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Prefers experience mentoring teams and creating collaborative environments
