Position Overview
Under direction of a Senior Public Service Administrator (Director of Operations) provides office support for supervisor and Operations team, such as maintaining agency directories, asset listings, reports, visitor logs, and security badge changes. Archives closed case files for Management Operations-Information Systems on a monthly basis. Supports Operations team ticket/request responses, including but not limited to administrative tasks for ticket resolution. Provides back-up support and coverage to IDHR Front Desk/Reception Team, as needed. Processes mail, deliveries, and inter-office transfers, in coordination with logging, and sorts and distributes to different divisions, business units, or individuals.

Essential Functions
- Provides office support for supervisor and Operations team, such as maintaining agency directories, asset listings, reports, visitor logs, and security badge changes.

- Performs other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two years of office experience.
- Requires ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, as well as English. Candidates must have ability to speak and write Spanish at a colloquial level.
Conditions of Employment
- Requires completion of a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
- This position is considered medium work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor (20 CFR 404.1567(c)). Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
