Position Overview
Under direction, independently provides comprehensive administrative and office support for the Real Estate Investigations team. Serves as a receptionist for the Real Estate Investigations Unit, referring sensitive issues, complex technical matters and policy concerns relative to the unit to appropriate staff while exercising discretion and judgement. Utilizes the Comprehensive Online Regulatory Environment (CORE) to support activities related to Real Estate Investigations. Assists with special projects. Prepares material and documentation for record retention in accordance with established procedures. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Essential Functions

Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school and two years of office experience.
- Requires skill in keyboarding accurately at 45 wpm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefers two years of basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Software applications for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Prefers at least two years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar.
- Prefers one year of experience providing administrative support in a government, regulatory, law enforcement, compliance, or legal environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Requires completion of a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history.
- Requires skill in keyboarding accurately at 45 wpm.
