Essential Functions
- Under direction, provides direct patient care.
- Serves as lead worker.
- Assist physician with rounds.
- Reviews member medical records to assure that physician orders are posted, medication and member care treatment and observations are charted.
- Verify number and classification of staff available to assign/reassign.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires graduation from an approved nursing education program resulting in an associate degree or diploma in nursing and two (2) years of progressively responsible professional nursing experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in nursing and one (1) year of professional nursing experience; OR a master’s degree in nursing.
- Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.

involves lifting no more than 100 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
