Essential Functions
- Processes medical bills.
- Prepares invoice vouchers based on the determination of the facility's responsibility.
- Assists members, families and other responsible parties in completion of medical forms and answering questions regarding medical bills and payment thereof.
- Assists Business Administrator and Accountant Supervisor with various projects, including facility budget projects, as needed.
- Serves as substitute for Trust Fund/Post Office and Mail Route.
- Collects all maintenance payments and other miscellaneous payments.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonable within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of two years of college and one year of technical accounting experience or four years of related clerical bookkeeping experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of professional experience with accounting techniques of related clerical bookkeeping experience.
- Working knowledge of state or non-state accounting procedures.
- Two (2) years’ professional experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)software such as Systems Applications Products (SAP), database management systems such as HANA, Statewide Accounting Management System (SAMS), Excel, Word, Outlook, or other comparable software.
- One (1) or more years of professional experience multi-tasking clerical and account-keeping tasks.
- One (1) or more years of professional experience applying established accounting methods and techniques.

- Requires the ability to pass a drug test
- Requires the ability to meet all agency vaccine/health-related policies and guidance
- Overtime is a condition of employment, and you may be required/mandated to work overtime including scheduled, unscheduled, or last-minute overtime
