LINCOLNS CHALLENGE ACADEMY EMPLOYEE HOURS:
8 Hours daily - Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Can vary based on mission requirements
SCHEDULE:
Must work until 7:00 pm one night a week
Must work one weekend a month

Minimum Qualifications 1
1. Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to the completion of two years of college with coursework Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field.
2. Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or regulated program oversight.
3. Requires a strong understanding of structured, residential, or military-style youth programs.
4. Requires excellent writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
5. Requires the ability to interpret policies, analyze data, and produce accurate reports.
6. Requires high attention to detail and professional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications 1
1. Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field.
2. Prefer experience with Youth ChalleNGe or comparable structured youth development programs.
3. Prefer familiarity with NGB regulations, DOD/state compliance standards, and inspection processes.
4. Prefer experience developing or implementing Corrective Action Plans.
Employment Condition 1
1. Requires the ability to pass a DoD background investigation.
2. Requires a valid driver’s license in the appropriate classification as required by law.
3. Required to work a flex work schedule including weekends and evenings when necessary to meet agency needs.
4. This position is considered sedentary work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor (20 CFR 404.1567(a)). Sedentary work involves lifting no more than 10 pounds at a time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, walking, and standing.
