The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Child Support Services (CSS) is seeking to hire a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our Data Reconciliation team in the role of Management Operations Analyst I. This position plans, conducts, and evaluates management operations studies for the Child Support Services (CSS) program administered by Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), serves as liaison to various internal and external entities to coordinate the implementation of various aspects of the CSS program; develops and executes work plans for the implementation of adopted new and/or revised initiatives; develops and implements a problem resolution program for assigned area; reviews and evaluates material produced by the Statewide database systems and by manual handling; assists in monitoring, evaluating, and establishing work standards for staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of the Data Reconciliation team.

Essential Functions
- Under general supervision, serves as Data Reconciliation Analyst in planning, conducting, and evaluating management operations studies for the Child Support Services (CSS) program administered by Healthcare and Family Services (HFS)
- Serves as liaison to various internal and external entities to coordinate the implementation of various aspects of the CSS program
- Develops and executes work plans for the implementation of adopted new and/or revised initiatives mandated by federal and/or state laws, rules, and regulations or at agency initiative
- Develops and implements procedures to identify program deficiencies
- Develops, documents, recommends, and implements a problem resolution program for assigned area
- Reviews and evaluates material produced by the statewide database systems
- Reviews and evaluates data processing-related problems that are the result of manual handling rather than system generation
- Assists in monitoring, evaluating, and establishing work standards for staff to enable clients’ and responsible relatives’ information to be inputted into the statewide database systems in a timely manner
- Monitors the distribution of policy/procedure directives by establishing controls to initiate requests for computer management system and/or program manual updates and by following-up to make certain completion occurs within time frames prescribed by laws, rules, or regulations
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, supplemented by a master’s degree in business or public administration, with coursework in areas such as economic theory, accounting and finance, organizational theory, and operations research
- Requires one (1) year of progressively responsible professional experience in management operations analysis or approved training program
