Essential Functions

•    Under administrative direction, serves as an End User Computing Analyst II for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), performing complex professional and advisory functions in End User Computing (EUC) for supported agencies.  
•    Performs configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of desktop/laptop Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office client software products, and various software and supported applications.
•    Provides end user support for desktop related issues by resolving user questions/problems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, McAfee Anti-virus software, and any other supported products and adapts complex processing to different system/program requirements.
•    Serves as a project coordinator for full-range major/complex projects, very large end user hardware/software/application deployments and installations across multiple agencies and locations.
•    Analyzes and evaluates new technology to anticipate the probable impact on future plans and current information systems.
•    Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through online training platforms, meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures. 
•    Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications

•    Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with coursework in computer science or directly related fields. 
•    Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Client Services or directly related information technology field.  

Specialized Skills

•    Requires three (3) years of professional experience configuring, testing, and maintaining Windows and Mac operating systems environments across desktops and laptops including ensuring compliance with agency security standards and resolving complex user issues related to desktop configuration.
•    Requires three (3) years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining software packages using Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Lite-Touch, Azure, Intune, and MSI scripting to automate application delivery across enterprise environments.
•    Requires three (3) years of professional experience scheduling, coordinating, and supporting end user hardware, software, and application systems, including providing advanced technical support and resolution of escalated issues from customer service staff.
•    Requires three (3) years of professional experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware using diagnostic tools and procedures to identify and resolve hardware and software issues, including hands-on deployment and setup of equipment on various on-site locations. 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Three (3) years of professional experience configuring, testing, and maintaining Windows and Mac operating systems environments across desktops and laptops including ensuring compliance with agency security standards and resolving complex user issues related to desktop configuration.
•    Three (3) years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining software packages using Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Lite-Touch, Azure, Intune, and MSI scripting to automate application delivery across enterprise environments.
•    Three (3) years of professional experience scheduling, coordinating, and supporting end user hardware, software, and application systems, including providing advanced technical support and resolution of escalated issues from customer service staff.
•    Three (3) years of professional experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware using diagnostic tools and procedures to identify and resolve hardware and software issues, including hands-on deployment and setup of equipment on various on-site locations. 
•    Three (3) years of professional experience creating and managing automated deployment scripts and imaging processes for large-scale desktop and laptop rollouts, ensuring efficient and consistent installations across multiple locations.
•    Three (3) years of professional experience constructing, maintaining, and supporting networks and peripheral devices within a business infrastructure environment, with working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and endpoint security tools (e.g., antivirus and patch management systems).
•    Demonstrated project management and organizational, with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-agency hardware/software deployments, assigning tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time project completion. 
•    Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse teams, stakeholders, stakeholders, and end users, and to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
