Essential Functions

  • Under immediate supervision, serves as the Finance Lead for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT)
  • Oversees the design of the integrated statewide solution, focusing on assigned functional areas and staged configuration and implementation in state agencies and constitutional offices
  • Serves as full line supervisor
  • Serves as a member of the Executive ERP Program Team
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in fiscal management, accounting., budget or finance.   

  • Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in fiscal management, accounting, budget or finance in a public or business organization.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of professional experience working as staff/management in budget, procurement, or grants processes. 
  • Two (2) years of professional experience as staff/management with the oversight of cross functional accounting processes. 
  • Two (2) years of professional experience as staff with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 
  • Two (2) years of professional experience working with and managing vendor relationships. 
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in program management. 
  • Two (2) years of professional experience supervising staff. 
  • Ability to analyze administrative problems and adopt an effective course of action. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. 
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Term Appointment:
