Your ability to apply industry standard best practices while thinking “outside the box” is key to the success of this program. Leaving the “That's how it’s always been done” mindset at the door and adopting the “Yes, this is how we can do it better!” attitude is the culture shift we seek to foster. New technology (ranging from bleeding-edge infrastructure to advanced monitoring software to new processes often reserved for the private sector) awaits your engagement. Join us as we embark on this fast-paced journey that will result in massive service improvements for Illinois citizens while offering opportunities to apply your existing skills in a learning environment. Each job is linked to a DoIT physical work location, and positions are available throughout Illinois.
