In addition, you will provide professional user support for applications and environments as assigned and provide administration and oversight of enterprise-wide environments including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, document management platforms, forms management platforms as assigned. Essential Functions
• Under administrative direction, serves as a M365 Senior DevOps Analyst for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) performing complex professional and advisory functions for a full range of information technology (IT) applications services including administering, planning, analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, testing, and implementing assigned projects.
• Serves as team leader on highly complex projects while independently planning, developing, and implementing techniques for gathering and interpreting data.
• Provides professional user support for applications and environments as assigned.
• Provides administration and oversight of enterprise-wide environments including, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, document management platforms, forms management platforms as assigned.
• Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through online training platforms, meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
• Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Application Services or a related Information Technology field.
Specialized Skills
• Requires three (3) years of professional experience configuring, developing, and administering (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint) with the ability to integrate and optimize solutions.
• Requires three (3) years of professional experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Service to support enterprise application development, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Requires three (3) years of professional experience applying system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise IT applications.
Preferred Qualifications
• Three (3) years of professional experience configuring, developing, and administering (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint) with the ability to integrate and optimize solutions.
• Three (3) years of professional experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Service to support enterprise application development, reporting, and analytics needs.
• Three (3) years of professional experience applying system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise IT applications.
• Three (3) years of professional experience providing Tier 2/Tier 3 user support and environment administration for enterprise IT applications, including troubleshooting, issue escalation with vendors, and implementing system enhancements to improve availability, interoperability, and performance. .
• Ability to coordinate and lead the activities of technical staff, provide mentoring and training, and ensure adherence to quality assurance and control measures on large-scale IT projects.
• Ability to design, develop, and support bottom-line and batch applications, applying systems analysis methodologies to create clear technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and system issues, apply logical reasoning, and exercise sound judgment in identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions
• Developed verbal and written communication skills to clearly present technical concepts, prepare documentation, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with associates, vendors, and business stakeholders to support collaboration, problem resolution, and project success.
