Position Overview
Serves as monitoring and reporting specialist. Under general supervision, applies advanced statistical and research methods and techniques in the collection, summarization, manipulation, and analysis of computer data; collects and compiles a variety of eligibility information regarding IES outcomes; compiles, analyzes, evaluates, and reports eligibility processing data for compliance to State and Federal guidelines; applies advanced statistical techniques to generate data for internal reports and monitors status of Print and Mail room.
Essential Functions
- Serves as monitoring and reporting specialist.
- Collects and compiles a variety of eligibility information regarding Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) outcomes.
- Compiles, analyzes, evaluates, and reports eligibility processing data for compliance to State and Federal guidelines.
- Applies standard statistical techniques to generate data for internal reports and monitors Print and Mail room status.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with courses in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, and related fields.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience in the development and application of research designs and statistical methods and techniques, preferably in the job-related subject matter area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of professional experience applying advanced statistical and research methods and techniques in the collection, summarization, manipulation, and analysis of computer data.
- Two (2) years of professional experience collecting and compiling data from computerized files, verifying accuracy, conducting advanced statistical analysis, and reporting patterns of inconsistencies.
- Two (2) years of professional experience reviewing and analyzing existing reports for accuracy of data, trends, and projections.
- Two (2) years of professional experience creating data reports that include methods and techniques for collection and analysis development.
- Two (2) years of professional experience applying standard statistical techniques to generate data for reporting purposes.
Conditions of Employment
- Requires the ability to work overtime and/or outside regular business hours.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch.
