Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an extraordinary candidate with at least two years of experience designing and implementing training materials, including delivering both in-person and virtual sessions. If you have hands-on experience with the Community Care Program and excel in soliciting and acting on feedback, we’re eager to meet you. Essential Functions
- Designs, formats, and edits professional training materials.
- Plans for the development, marketing, and evaluation of training programs and workshops for the Aging network. Implements and evaluates the policies and procedures affecting training needs to achieve Departmental objectives.
- Coordinates and presents at training events at various locations throughout the state: including Community Care Program (CCP) training for New Provider Management Training, Care Coordinator certification training, and Homecare Supervisor certification training.
- Conducts analysis of provider feedback and the development of potential training topics for review by supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonable within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
- Requires one year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization, or completion of an agency approved professional management training program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefers 2 years of experience designing and implementing training materials.
- Prefers 2 years of experience implementing training in both an in person and virtual environment.
- Prefers 2 years of experience working in any capacity with the Community Care Program.
- Prefers 1 year of experience soliciting feedback.
Conditions of Employment
- Requires ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Requires minimal travel in and out of state.
