The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services is seeking to a qualified and motivated individual to lead Child Support Services Bureau of Policy and Program Support Training Resource Center. This working supervisor position will plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the Child Support Services Training Resource Center. This includes developing and monitoring curriculum for complex financial training, Child Support 101 training and all other Training Resource Center training which includes statewide Database System.
The ideal candidate will have the excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in evaluating the operations of the Training and Resource Center.

Essential Functions
- Subject to management approval, serves as the Training and Resources Center Manager in planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of the Training Resource Center for the Division of Child Support Services (CSS)
- Serves as a working supervisor
- Plans, directs, and evaluates the coordination of support as it relates to CSS
- Plans, organizes, and conducts monthly team meetings to discuss policies, procedures, personnel, operations, and other issues
- Develops curriculum for complex financial training, Child Support 101 training and all other Training Resource Center training which includes Statewide Database System
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college
- Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years of professional experience preparing and presenting training to diversified audiences
- Three (3) years of professional experience in managing or supervising experience over professional or training staff
- Two (2) years of experience conducting professional team meetings
- Two (2) years of professional experience conducting performance evaluations
- Two (2) years of professional experience interpreting laws and policies related to child support
- Two (2) years of professional experience working in the child support services field
- Two (2) years of experience working with a child support database system
Specialized Skills
- Three (3) years of professional experience preparing and presenting training to diversified audiences
Conditions of Employment
- Requires the ability to pass a background check and self-disclosure of criminal history
- Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate
- Requires the ability to utilize and maintain state issued equipment such as a laptop
